To my untrained eye the main difference technique-wise between that and now is your control - you seem much more in control of your shins now for instance, once they're in position they stay there (something I struggle with). Your bar path is cleaner too. I'd be happy with what you had then | ||

Hip is starting to grumble so need to take the foot off the gas a bit. Will continue to build bench back up probably sticking to 10s. | ||
