Thanks very much my squat was ratchet as f**k for the first 5 years of my squatting carrer here is 170x5 from 2008. Not the besr technique in the world but not dog s**t.

To my untrained eye the main difference technique-wise between that and now is your control - you seem much more in control of your shins now for instance, once they're in position they stay there (something I struggle with). Your bar path is cleaner too. I'd be happy with what you had then Happy

Plan for next week is to either take the week off lower body training or to perform a lighter trainng week. Hip is starting to grumble so need to take the foot off the gas a bit.

Will continue to build bench back up probably sticking to 10s.
