Member 4115, 1247 posts SQ 195, BP 140, DL 220555.0 kgs @ 82.5kgs UnEq | Eddie Hall should totally go and just smash it. Not sure how he'd do on the growing yoke but he'd be awesome at the log/Deadlift. Who do people reckon the other 2 people are? Or does anyone already know?

Member. Member 2171, 1612 posts | Hope the frame carry is up the slope again, that was good. 200 or 172kg logs 124kg db Yoke starts at 550kg for 3m then they add 100kg and whoever did the last weight moves up. Can't see that going up many times at 100kg each jump

Not sure Eddie would be best choice for that at moment because of yoke and frame carry. Would suit terry or loz more imo

It obviously suits a full strength Loz the most out of all the Brits as he's the best DB presser/deadlifter (in comps) and top 2 on log/yoke/farmers(frame)

Man up and have a fuckin coffee Member 2086, 9717 posts SQ 340, BP 252.5, DL 300892.5 kgs @ 158kgs UnEq | with all due respect to all the brits lads a 200kg log floor to overhead for reps and a 124kg dbell for reps might be a little ambitious. Although i agree several of the other events they would do very well in .

End of an era. Member 4646, 1964 posts | I hope the likes of Burke and Shaw have an attempt at the 'Mark Henry dumbbell challenge'. I assume they will with the great prize money available. Does anyone actually think it is possible? http://www.arnoldstrongmanclassic.com/news.html

TBF if some guys arent at there very best, hald the field could no rep the 200 log I'm thinking: Thor Brian Lalas (think his best is 200) Mish (has to get it perfect technically to be doing 200)

But I agree there'll be a fair few no reps for sure I think Z may well win it with just 2 reps. I guess Radz might manage 2 at a push, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Me Deadlift I feel is debatable too, been beaten on dl for max at Brits last year and giants live London 2011, pretty sure that's it For my strengths the comp is not ideal. Poor log would cost me. I like to think with specific training for Arnold's I could get that db. I would say I wouldn't wanna go even if invited though especially with wsm only 2 months later
