Date July 28th @ The Farmhouse pub , off eastern rd portsmouth [map to follow] weights in the region of novice/light inters Events ; Log reps from floor 100kg's ; 75sec's Car deadlift reps with approx 230kg's ; 75sec's Farmers walk 120kg's [20m] into 5 reps of a 300kg tyre ; 75sec's Yoke [15m] 260kg's then carry back x1 100kg's ironmind sack [15m] x1 90kg barrel [15m] Truck pull arm over arm [20m] approx 4ton ; 75sec's T-shirts trophies an prizes !!
