200kg x 1 (was gonna do 3x3 but stopped as it was horribly difficult)

Feels easier but I was getting bother with pressure at the top of the lift and not really locking out properly. Don't know anyone who pulls a big sumo so haven't access to any decent face to face feedback.

Back Squat

70kg x 3
120kg x 1
170kg x 1 (ropey)
Belt On
205kg x 1 (easier than 170)
220kg x 6 (+1 rep PB... I think)
220kg x 2
220kg x 2
180kg x 2
180kg x 1 (stopped here)
