Tony - there is no pressure on my narrow shoukders as I'm not me of the favourites! As JC has alluded to, I have 2 poor events in this comp that lots of guys are very strong on (so could be big points lost), and another event that I hate and am not particularly good at.

With Boyham and Hayes in the mix those top 6 spots are going to be bloody tough to get!!

Were did I 'allude' to this? Your log aint nowhere near as bad as you think, top 6 definitely

Cant see DL being miles off the pace either

Event 2: Arm-over-Arm Double Van Pull (one at a time)

Event 3: Medley. Yoke 300kg x 20m, Duck Walk 200kg x 20m (head to head)

Event 4: Log Clean & Press. 105kg for reps. (head to head)

Event 5: Farmers Walk. 2x115kg x 40m (turn at 20m) (head to head)

Event 6: Atlas Stones. 110kg to 60", 120kg to 56", 135kg to 52", 160kg to 48" (head to head) Supported by Olympic Sports Gym & atlasstones.co.uk
