Nice grip work. I havn't done much at all since the end of last year. My best on a euro v-bar was 91kg. Your doing well with over BW there nice!

Hi Will. Why are your PB's about half of what they used to be?Isn't a pb a pb for that very reason - it's a pb! Don't sell yourself short, just work hard to get back (and past) where you used to be.

I still haven't competed with you and am looking forward to kicking your arse on the day that we finally do Wink

Was well chuffed with my axle today.Not a massive weight but
still better than i used to be able to do.Tech seems to be getting
better.
Yolk was scrapped after 1 run each as the yolk wouldn`t go low
enough for some of the lads.I was well pleased with that.
Farmers was done after the yolk snags.The first 2 runs felt very heavy.
Was amazed that i got the 130`s off the floor let alone go 25 mtrs with em.Hurt my lower
lat putting down the farmers on the 2nd run,still sore now :cry: .
Stones was a bit of a half hearted effort. My back was not happy by now.
Was well impressed today.Hopefully build on this now .

Grip work is something i`m playing with as
i only train 2 nights a wk so i have 3 nights
when i get bored.Grip just passes a bit of time.
Now i`m back doing events i`ll ease off the
grip work.

Those PB`s are my old 1`s .I`m nowhere near as gym strong as i used to be.
I`d be lying if i said those are my pb`s now.

If u kick my arse u will join a very long distinguished list mate Grin

LOL Top session today WILL. Great stones and farmers. Are you sure the 115kg yoke was very hard though?
