Incline felt light but i only have 38k dumbells other wise ,may be soon tho LOL Felt a bit coldy tonight b4 training. First time i`ve done a thurs workout in my garage for a long while. Yolk was scrapped after 1 run each as the yolk wouldn`t go low enough for some of the lads.I was well pleased with that. Farmers was done after the yolk snags.The first 2 runs felt very heavy. Was amazed that i got the 130`s off the floor let alone go 25 mtrs with em.Hurt my lower lat putting down the farmers on the 2nd run,still sore now :cry: . Stones was a bit of a half hearted effort. My back was not happy by now. Was well impressed today.Hopefully build on this now . | ||
