Yeah it's only at the bottom. Helps to overload the tri's

Strong, but why if you are pursuing strongman would you still be bench pressing 9 weeks after a tear.. even in a slingshot it isn't a great idea unless you plan on a full rupture.

The injury starting 2 feel ok .....dont find there any pressure on injury at moment at weights using.....plan 2 compete in powerlifting also. ...like 2 overload triceps still in ways I can without causing injury 2 help with overhead pressing
