Was supposed to be a light speed week on farmers, but it's hard going light when everyone else is going heavy! I'll try to stick to the plan next time Grin

Was feeling really sluggish at first, did some box jumps in between sets and started feeling a lot more explosive. 220kg x 5 is coming soon!

230kg x 15 flips in 60 seconds - killer for conditioning

Yoke walk
215kg (I think) x 30m (drop turn @15m) in just under 14 seconds
Just did this cos everyone was having a race with this weight, I managed the fastest time Grin

Last night throat started feeling awful, pretty sure I've got tonsillitis. Went into today's session having not eaten in 16 hours and feeling like crap
