thanks for the comments boys, strength is pretty back up there on everything now and even exceeding previous pbs in some cases. Just pressing lagging behind now but its being worked on.

This year will be doing a combination of open and 105kg comps in strongman and also a bit of powerlifting.

Got some catching up to do after the last year or so away from not competing.
