thanks Wayne, hopefully in the coming weeks can start introducing back in all the lifts I haven't been able to do due to injury, overall feeling strong just frustrating now more than anything

After hitting a number of pbs recently on various forms of squat will drop the weights back down abit and start putting some work in. Hopefully will attempt some pressing again as well as long as the bicep plays ball

Just entered the GPC powerlifting qualifier in Chester on 1st July, probably abit too soon but hope to hit a pb squat in wraps and put in a token bench and deadlift to get the b standard to do brits which are in November I believe
