Like every other year I've been born we have big family gatherings on Christmas Day and New Year's Day so that's usually 60 people around either my house or one or other family member. Good part of that is you get to catch up with everyone, bad news is I'll constantly get told I'm fat and should find a woman to settle down with but am too fat to find one. Other than that, lots of food, lots of rest, lots of food and then lots more food. | ||

Can see it being quite a tough time cause it would of been my Dad's birthday on the 17th and then Xmas the week later. Won't be missing a training day, up earlyish on Xmas day, nice breakfast before opening stuff then off to the gym to deadlift before heading home for Xmas dinner. | ||
