I have done 360KG x 20m in 16secs ish, so would be a possibility yeah I think most "excellent" pressers could get close to 110KGx9 in 75secs with a good few months of conditioning training - Cater, Mark & JT spring too mind | ||

Paul Cater has proven that .. BUT our s**t doesn`t seem to count .... YET ! So how do we go about changing this .. Our supers are taken very serious with is it 5 in WSM this year . Reading a few articles on IRONMIND it seems that -105kg could go semi-serious over the next few years with Worlds coming back and Record Breakers and other internations . We`ve gotta make sure we`re apart of it .. How do we do it ?????  | ||

Does anyone see a type of team comp happening in the future where each event would have its own specialist e.g Team Sugden could be..JC on yoke, Cleggy on log, Tony on deadlift and Millsy on stones - that sort of thing? | ||
