You bunch of girls. As long as your gearing is right (which it is), you'll be absolutely fine. Just have it in an easy gear from the bottom.

You wanna try the mortirolo, 12.4km at 10.5%...

It tightens up and you just get used to it Andy. In my more naive days I had close to open wounds on the inside of my groan, but this was more down to wearing underwear that was sawing into me on long jags. Steve advised me to go commando and all is well again and my undercarriage is far from unhealthy these days.

Penrhyn parkrun 29:47

Did this one as we had an overnight stay in Anglesey and this was the nearest one. 2 longer loops and 2 shorter ones around Penrhyn castle, starting and finishing in the castle courtyard. Lovely scenery overlooking the Menai Straights and the hills of Conwy. Big crowd cheering all the finishers to a sprint finish. Enjoyed this one.

Up at 04:45 to stick my packed and prepared kit into the car to get to BOARs at 05:15, Further drive up the M6 and off to some obscure starting point that Jon had arranged. Bikes out of the car, shoes and lids on and off we go. British weather didn't let us down, we were pissed wet through after 100yds.

6.8 miles, 1:03:44, 2 gates, 1 cattle grid & 2000+ft later I joined Jonny at the top well into the clouds, near freezing weather struggling to see into the radar station. Realised how fast we were cooling down and came down the same 6.8 miles of which I'd say 6 of them were on the brakes. I dared to freewheel for a couple of hundred yards and got up to 55kph. Dread to think what some of the speedy kids do on a clear and dry day. Double that I expect. Dick heads.

Run 11 miles 2:01:16

Apparently I've run over 100k this month according to Strava. Whilst I didn't set out to do this and it doesn't change very much on a global level, this snippet of information gave me joy joy feelings. To me it seems a long way.

Fine work, both on the Cycling and the Running.

You should contact Breezy Michaela and tell her that some Weightlifters can run!
