Competition Information

To be held at Trebanos Sports Club, 99 Swansea Rd, Trebanos SA8 4BN

Lift off will be at 11am.

This is the first competition of the year and gives the GBPF lifters the opportunity to try and qualify for the British Championships that are held later in the year.

As well as the regualr 3 lift Powerlifting and seperate bench press competitions, we will now be holding a seperate deadlift competition for those of you who are only interested in this event.
