The event will begin at 11am.

I will e-mail you the form by return. You will then need to download and print your completed form and return it by post to Strength-Tec at the above address including your £15 non-refundable entrance fee.
All competitors will receive an event T-shirt on the day.
There will be various prizes and Trophies for the top 4 placings.
We have confirmation that the top four places will go into the finals.

1: Axle Clean and Press.
Last Man Standing. 80Kg Starting weight.
2: Silver Dollar Deadlift.
Last Man Standing. 180 Kg starting weight.
Single ply suits are allowed and wrist lifting straps.
3: Medley.
Duck Walk 150Kg for 15 Metres.
Farmers Frame 250Kg for 15 Metres.
75 seconds Time Limit.
4: Baby Inch Circus Dumbell Clean and Press.
53Kg for Reps. 75 Seconds Time Limit.
5: Leg Squat Frame.
200Kg for Reps. 60 Seconds Time Limit.
Single ply suits are allowed and knee wraps.
6: Atlas Stones.
80Kg, 100Kg, 110Kg, 125Kg, 150Kg to 53" loading Platforms. |
