1. Apollons Axle Deadlift – overhand grip
2. Two Hands Pinch Lift – 48mm set width
3. Rim Lift (one hand) – with GripTopz apparatus
4. Half a Penny lift and hold for time (one hand) – with GripTopz apparatus
