Competition Information

This will have both equipped and unequipped categories this year, in response to the increasing interest in raw lifting. Also new is the change to the new IPF weight categories.

Weigh in: 9:00-10:30
Lifting starts: 11:00
Entry fee is £15
Closing Date for entries: Friday 11th March (late entries will not get a trophy)
