Competition Information

We are holding the Northwest bench press championships at Intershape Gym in Colne on Sunday October 14th, weigh-in is 9-10.30. As usual guest lifters are welcome, this is a good chance to qualify for the British bench which is usually held in Jan/Feb in the new year.
