Competition Information

This event is two contests in one with one group running under the normal IPF rules and the other group lifting without support equipment as "unequipped".

As usual new members and guest lifters from other divisions are welcome. This event can be used as a qualifier for the British seniors and the British unequipped powerlifting champs.
