It is the same day as the Team Strongman comp and will happen during the break after the teams have carried out three events!

Qualifing lift 130kgs
Then 3 lifts after.

1 minute and 15 seconds time limit and you can try as many times as you want in that time.

You name your next weight and can skip weights if required.
