Deadlift head to head 175kg reps in 75 seconds
Axle OHP max weight
Farmers walk 100kg onto Yoke 250kg
Viking press 80kg reps in 75 seconds
Loading Medley 60kg Barrell - 75kg dumbell - 85kg atlas stone

Possibly Crucific 7.5kg each hand if theres joint top places

£15 entry, free tshirt, trophys for top 3. Maximum 15 people

£2 each for spectators
