Competition Information

You can enter on-line or download an entry form to post. Entry forms should also be going out in the post to anyone that I have an address for (that's about 150 powerlifters)

Everyone is invited come and compete regardless of your division. It is being held under BWLA rules, if you are not already a BWLA you can download a BWLA membership form from the competition website.

You can also choose to lift equipped or unequipped.

This comp will be a qualifier for:

GBPF (ex BWLA) British Bench Press 2009
GBPF (ex BWLA) British Unequipped Bench Press 2009
