20th British Grip Championships 2012

Saturday 12 May, 2012

Events:
1. Adjustable Thick Bar (one hand) - GripTopz
2. Reverse Bending (Pair of 10" x 4" suede wraps touching in the middle)
3. Stub Lift (one hand) – GripTopz
4. One Hand Grippers - 20mm block close for reps [min 5 reps]
5. Braced Bar Snap

(Single-hand events to be done as follows: two with one hand and one with the other)

There will be trophies for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of the Open class.

I like to get these contests sorted with lots of time to spare so people can book them in their calendar and know what the events are. But some stuff is untested yet, so please be aware that it is subject to change if needed.
