Jimmy Marku Britains Strongest Man Cannabis Charge

8th June 2011 - Posted by Rob Jimmy Marku, the last winner of Britain's Strongest Man, has appeared in court charged with the intent to supply £66,000 worth of cannabis that was allegedly found in the boot of his VW Golf in Harrow, London.

Marku is one of Britain's best known strongmen and also acts as a sponsored athlete for supplement company MyProtein.

Bizarrely, The Sun newspaper claims that officers warned Marku they were armed with stun guns after feeling the size of his muscles.
