Thought I'd incorporate the delivery of some building supplies in with a SM sesh to get me ready for Saturday so trained at home today.Block walk (walk with a block aprox 10M) 2x medium density block x 80ish Flag walk (walk with a 3'x3' rivendale flag aprox 25M) 20 singles. Stopped for a few cigs and a couple of coffees. Overall workout 1 1/2 hours. I plan on adding some more of this strongman stuff in over the next few weeks. Events to include... Turf dig Pond dig Skip fill Grit sand lay Pond build Aquarium platform build Kennel build Hopefully I'll be attempting the 10' Aquarium position, but may need help with that. Bring on Saturday.  | |||
