thanks, the bench is going to be my achilles heal of power lifting
i have always had a strong back and fairly strong legs but my triceps a week
they held me back when i was a prop in rugby i could never lift the other guys
in the line outs, but knowing your weekness can only make you stronger.
if i can get to 140k on the bench by april ill be a very happy man


oh i think im broken im walking like i dropped the soap in a prison shower
but thats squatting 2 days in a row for you

people think im strange in my gym anyways (mostly bicep boy and chest trainers)
so if i keep getting the cam out they will think i have gone bonkers lol

i asked some one to watch and asked if is was hitting paralel
but the more i do them and the more supple i get then i'm sure hitting
the right depth wont be am issue

started on the 5x5 bit today making sure i hit depth on the squats
i upped my weight through the sets
also did 5x5 on the bench tried the 120k but failed again

had a good read of the kortes 3x3 program and im going to use this so i'll be dropping all the girly bodybuilding stuff (for now) and sticking to this
i might struggle to fit all 3 lifts in if im still working 4 on 4 off
and training 3 days in a row, so i might try and fit each lift in twice
and if i get home (or hopfuly if my job changes) i will train again or change it slightly, so im now on the high volume phase, ill work out the weight ill be using and post it up later.
