| Oh God dont get me started on this... One thing I realised the other day was how much I had missed the looks of fear I get at my gym in Leeds (a Fitness First) when Im squatting. I was stood under 115kg and people looked at my as if they were worried it would crush me. I can't wait till Im squatting 140kg again in a few weeks. At the sugden the main thing that winds me up is the floor. It is the bumpiest thing to deadlift on ever. Oh yeah and having one pair of 1.25kg plates is a pain. At my gym in Leeds it is mostly the idiocy of other gym users. Especially the personal trainers who curl in the squat rack and tell me off for using chalk. They dont like me arching on bench either but they are perfectly willing to let their clients round their backs when doing deadlifts.  | |||

I place myself in the top ten, purely based on my squat and deadlift abilities which everyone knows are the only true tests of strength. In saying that I saw I guy deadlift with the bar behind him yesterday, it was well over 100kg. He is built like a tank that guy. | |||

| If you think last nights game was a good exhibition of football then you don't have a clue what you are talking about. It did have plenty of drama but it also exhibeted all the worst parts of modern football, diving, moaning and bleating to the referee. | |||
