Training today:

18" Deadlift w./ 2" axle:

140kg x 3
180kg x 2
200kg x 1
220kg 2 x 1
230kg x 1 PB

Stones (to 52"):

110kg x 2
130kg 4 x 1

+ negative:

110kg 3 x 3

pretty good session. grip was solid on the 220 pulls but was starting to go on the 230. stones were a mixed bag. some reps felt easy some not. cant put my finger on why though. tried doing some lap to load reps as shawn suggested and they felt pretty good. will definately put them in regularly.

Training today:

2 Hand pinch:

40kg 3 x 10 secs

Finger curls:

35kg 3 x 20

Reverse wrist curls:

25kg 3 x 10

changed set up on the pinch which made it harder. ditched the wrist curls because theyre making my wrist crack on every rep. that cant be a good thing.
