I believe students have coined it 'Dr. Love Spotting'.Do you work or study at the uni then mate? You should pop in for a session sometime.. the free weights area is just to the side/end of the treadmills. | |||

| I think you'll get 400lbs easy - what sort of jumps are you going to take? Getting under the competition bar and in the right frame of mind will help you a lot - you did well at the last one so I really don't see you f**king up unless it's all in your head. Anyway, this competition is about a monster deadlift - that's what I want to see! | |||

| Nice to see you starting a log mate, will be reading with interest! Plenty of room for your squat growth I'm sure - have you tried a speed day ala Westside style if you're uncomortable with your form? Doing it twice a week to reinforce it might be an idea. | |||

You can also add a short summary of your current goals to your thread information. To do this just look for the link at the bottom of the journals forum 'edit your journal settings'. You have to be logged in and actually have a journal of course. Any ideas for more personalisations for the journals are welcomed. | |||
