Yes mr.Stuart , the boar bashing qualities of this session were sadly lacking ,Infact , It made boar FEEL STRONGER !

you do have a top gym to train in just round the corner and you can train everyday so the odd poo sesh isnt that bad ..ill only get down once a week,so i godda make em count ! see you soon !

All that work on the log isnt a bad session at all. Just pin a photo of Boar up in the gym and that should be motivation to train harder.

Your trainings going really well at the moment mate, so bound to be a few blips.

That said, if I was posting numerous 100kg+ log presses and a 150kg front squat, id be f**king buzzing!

I can lend you about 6 inches off my legs for the duckwalk if you want mate?
