Member 5836, 366 posts SQ 220, BP 137.5, DL 235592.5 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | right hip felt a bit off this morning. long day at work so an abbreviated session with squats close grip bench bar x 10 60kg x 5 85kg x 10, 10, 7 - no spotter so stopped once teps slowed kettlebel TGU 12kg x 1 each arm 20kg x 1 each arm 1HSW kettlebell 10 minute block 24kg x 6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6 - 120 reps in ten minutes. pull ups bw x 11,11 need to get quicker on the one handed swings as otherwise as the reps increase I wont get any rest between swapping arms | ||

Member 5836, 366 posts SQ 220, BP 137.5, DL 235592.5 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | hip/back has been a nightmare. havent trained in a week. today did some kettlebell work to try and ease things up kettlebell swings 20kg x 5, 5 each arm 32kg x 5,5 each arm. clean and press 20kg x 1+1 each arm 32kg x 1+1 each arm pistol squat 20kg x 1 each leg nothing to much. hips don't feel100% still but hope another week of easy training before embarking back on texas method template but squatting high bar anddoing two days a week of kettlebell accessory work | ||
