I've got a grid and I rate it, haven't bent it yet. Like PVC piping too. As previously mentioned a car buffer is meant to be really good, clint darden has a video of it, never used. Used to have the Mrs use a wooden rolling pin all over my legs and lats, it hurt but felt great afterwards

PVC pipe, then rolling pin, then Grid. Grid isn't all that great - too soft.

What would you guys suggest is the next step up from the basic blue foam roller? It's getting a bit easy now but I'm not sure a pipe is the next step lol, any help I'd be grateful cheers
