Cleans were messy! Front squat 60x5 100x3 120x2 140x2 160x1+1+1 Strict press Bar x 8 40x5 60x5 70x5 60x6+6 Done - pretty good sesh! Anti inflammatories work!!!!! | ||

I only went and did a lifetime PB total Snatch 97-102-106 C&J 124-128-131 6 out of 6. Possibly the first time ever! There's life in the old dog yet. | ||
