hello dolly ! Member 1778, 114 posts SQ 170, BP 134, DL 210514.0 kgs @ 97kgs UnEq | I started on the core work tonight, my Mrs gave me a few exercises. 3-5 sets of plank with a medium power bag on the lower back and then up-down plank, felt the burn on every set. I did it after warm up and before a 5k run. VG - is it better in a warm up or after main workout before cool down? | ||

Generally my session plan is: Warm up Power Strength Assistance (includes core and corrective) Cool down I would need to have specific reasons to deviate from this for most of my athletes. | ||
