Thanks Rodger.
I was 105kg ish earlier in the year but I'm more like 114kg ish now lol! I've just been training and eating whilst trying not to get too fat! I was around 108 at my last full power comp and made weight to 105.

What are the groups above 105kg...?

I know you have (unless I'm wrong Unhappy) under 90 and 105kg aswell as unde 75lg

Great lifting, squats were quality!

I do think you could get your arse down more on the deadlift though!

Thanks mate.. But why would I need to get my arse down more?! I've purposefully worked on setting my hips higher and engaging my hamstrings to pull from there without shooting my hips. If I get lower, which I was doing before and is on my other vids, then my hips just raise up before the bar moves. This is a much better position to initiate my pull and puts me in a better position to finish..

Back to being a fatty again then Wink? Some big improvements on your lifts so very well done on that, although I'm surprised to see you cheating at deads!

good points mate and it has shown to be effective at how ur squats and deads have gone up so quickly, everyone seems to think sumo has to be done a certain way when in reality its personal preference to where you feel strongest to pull from.

Yes, but not as fat..! The last time I was this weight I was fatter and weaker so all good!

Cheers mate, bench is going well, switched to low bar 3 weeks ago and massively improved my squat, and I've been running sumo for months! It's all the rage in the IPF don't you know...

Yes mate, I've watched countless vids of the best sumo pullers and each one is different. Everyone is built differently so it's finding what works best for you as you say. I've had input from Macca too which is always welcomed!

120 x 5
120 x 5
120 x 5

2 Board Press

120 x 3
130 x 3
135 x 2

Eugghhh

Incline Flys

20 x 8 x 3

Incline DB Bench

30 x 8
40 x 8
40 x 8
20 x 12

Lying DB Tricep Extension

15 x 10
17.5 x 10
15 x 10

Tricep Pushdowns

3 sets 15

Yesterday morning:

Sumo Deadlift

70 x 5
70 x 5
120 x 3
170 x 2
210 x 1
230 x 1
250 x 1

Definitely feeling fatigued after the comp, especially my lower back and hips so left it there.

Conv Tech Work

170 x 2
170 x 2
170 x 2

Chinups

BW x 6
BW x 6
BW x 6

That was it, didn't feel great. I'm going to rest for the rest of the week.
