I've purposefully worked on setting my hips higher and engaging my hamstrings to pull from there without shooting my hips. If I get lower, which I was doing before and is on my other vids, then my hips just raise up before the bar moves. This is a much better position to initiate my pull and puts me in a better position to finish.. | ||

The last time I was this weight I was fatter and weaker so all good! Cheers mate, bench is going well, switched to low bar 3 weeks ago and massively improved my squat, and I've been running sumo for months! It's all the rage in the IPF don't you know... | ||
