LOL

So then, is this still the most common way of doing things?

I shall be cutting around 2kg for a same day weigh in event in 9 days time. So fingers crossed.

2kg is easy just increase water in take the (meet week) stop water and food tea time day before sleep in a t-shirt and socks. profit.

If you still slightly over have a hot bath.

So after following this protocol will I look ripped? If I then carb up and rehydrate will I look bigger and still ripped, or fat again? These are the important questions tbh. :-)

Serious question actually. I'm testing out this water manipulation now in case I need it for comp in November.
Tomorrow is 'weigh in day'
I may as well capitalise on the situation if I can, and see how I look. Lol
Any advices?

For example: after I weigh myself I'll know if it works for weight loss, but.... Where is the water weight lost from? Muscle, or subcutaneous?
And if I then drink loads of water and take creatine where will the water go? Muscle/subcutaneous/both?
