A man was savagely attacked today at the Teddy Bears Picnic.
His condition is said to be improving, but he's not out of the woods just yet.

The condition whereby the second toe is longer than the big toe is known as Morton's toe, it occurs in approximately 25% of the population.

£28 quids worth of diesel at 118.9 pence per litre = 23.55 litres

23.55 litres = 5.18 gallons

405.0 miles divided by 5.18 = 78.19 mpg

Happy about that as well

Told Mack the Reese Witherspoon joke last night and he responded with Gillian Anderson who didn't have her son with her - and I didn't get it. Got there in the end but way to slow. Not happy about that.

The official defense is that the second telling of the Witherspoon joke reminded me of a cartoon of years ago which featured a spoon and a fork living in a bedsit, the caption was something about that Bob the fork and Ernie the spoon were still relatively unsuccessful and poor, whereas their former flatmate, Mac the knife has gone on to fame and fortune and all the trappings that accompany it.

That's all I have, sorry. Not that happy about that either.

Had to work in with Turner tonight who is hard work at the best of times, he pretends to not know how to work the jacks that alter the rack heights or the difference between racks in and racks out in the hope that you will do it all for him. Luckily he finished as I started the 140's so they were done at a normal pace, the warm ups were slow while he pretended and dithered. I adjusted the racks to suit me, did my set and then sat down, if he didn't adjust them I would have just have waited a minute or so and then done another set. Usually there is a third squatter who caves and does it for him, but as there was only two of us it was a straight fight between me and him and guess what, he does know how to use them after all.

Sleeves off, boots off, pumps on

Deadlift
60 x 5
100 x 3
140 x 3
160 x 3
185 x 3

Top inch leg extensions for knee tracking purposes
10 x 8
10 x 8
10 x 8
10 x 8
10 x 8

And away into a cold night to shop where every little helps. Another quiet weekend is planned, racing is over the jumps this Saturday which will make a change, it is rather more prone to chance as the creatures fall too often for my liking, but what the hell. A big priced winner is a delight no matter what the nature if the win, now I just have to find one.

f**k ! I can't get 77 quids worth of fuel in my car, 45 litre tank so £50 to fill even from red warning light territory. If I did have a car that would take that and I could use it in a day. I would hang myself. My life would have lost its meaning if I was putting that much money into a box on wheels. But fair play to him, I am impressed that he can afford it. I sure as hell couldn't.
