Week in scotchland from tomorrow.
What's best, train for max squat in competition in December, or sacrifice a few squat kgs and focus on bench as the NW record for u83 m1 appears to be 130kg

I trained today after a weeks rest , didn't do deadlifts but the rest was fine , I am just gonna try to get back on track and not be a cock.

but we shall see !!
