My back is aching big time, but I learnt a lot from having a go and watching some real strong fellas. I also learnt I need to do some serious fitness work and lose some beef, I watched the video back last night and look like the side of a house plodding about. Thanks to everyone. Its a shame most of you don`t log on using your real names because i just couldn`t figure out who most of the people was but everyone got behind each other and the atmosphere was great EVEN the M.C but he was a little bit bonkers JT is deeply in love with his Medleys and some were killers .. BUT it was a great competition ,Well ran as always and a pleasure to be a part of. On a personal level - I was very happy the way i hit the events - Overhead,Deadlift and Stones were as i imagined But my best event of the day was hitting the 140kg farmers for 15metres without a drop and quite quick too which for me is a P.B !!! Mucho Respect for Kev and Pagan for having a crack .. I think Kev knows that he needs more comps to get the best out of himself.. And as for T ? You`ll see a differant Tony come next year when his ESM 105kg title is at stake . thats for sure .. Much Love

Prefers mute women Member 722, 620 posts SQ 260, BP 200, DL 300 760.0 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq	Massive thanks to JT and his crew for putting on an extremely smooth and well run show, no waiting about and getting cold, plenty of equipment to warm up on and all the lads were top. Mark Clegg is a monster, I don';t know what you weigh mate but you are a serious power pack would really like to knoow your secrets; very impressive. On a personal level I PB on the axle at 120kg; the olympic bar deadlift (no straps) at 275kg. The 160kg stone was also a PB but when I went to do the 180 I fel;t like an alien was trying to come out of my stomach. I seriously need to work on my grip for farmers (if anyone has any tips would be greatly received). Would like to thank JT, Tony and Willsan for pushing me into the OPEN weights and putting my nerves at rest. My 4th comp and a top 3 finish at last great.
