Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22044 posts | Difficult to answer. I mostly drink water. I do like fizzy drinks (Cherry Coke being my favourite), but I limit them to occasional consumption. I like the pineapple, banana and coconut Innocent smoothie, but can't remember the last time I had it. Raspberry Yop is enjoyable. I like chocolate milkshakes, but it's hard to find a decent one. Frijj ones are inconsistent in their taste/quality. I can't really give you a list of 5. | ||

Cowdrey curlz - 3 x 3. Had a quick go on the shoulder press machine, but the whole stack was silly easy. | ||

Front raises and curlz. (My left shoulder has been a bit niggly, so I decided to have a break from pressing and just do some front raises.) | ||
