Difficult to answer.

I mostly drink water. I do like fizzy drinks (Cherry Coke being my favourite), but I limit them to occasional consumption. I like the pineapple, banana and coconut Innocent smoothie, but can't remember the last time I had it. Raspberry Yop is enjoyable. I like chocolate milkshakes, but it's hard to find a decent one. Frijj ones are inconsistent in their taste/quality.

I can't really give you a list of 5.

Did some chins last night.

Tonight...

Zerchers off pins - 2 singles with 206kg.
Strict DB (52kg) - 5 singles left, 2 singles right.
Cowdrey curlz - 3 x 3.

Had a quick go on the shoulder press machine, but the whole stack was silly easy.

I've done some chins and finger extensor training between gym sessions.

Tonight...

Zerchers off pins - 210kg x 1, 180kg x 2, 180kg x 2.

Front raises and curlz.


(My left shoulder has been a bit niggly, so I decided to have a break from pressing and just do some front raises.)

Do you literally walk in and do a 210 zercher straight from the go or do you build up to it and just post you working lifts?

I'm just posting working lifts. I build up to it, but it doesn't take me long to get there! I have actually done heavy zerchers from cold in the past though!
