Member 2323, 7 posts SQ 100, BP 100, DL 150350.0 kgs @ 82.5kgs UnEq | In the future I would like to compete in the under 90 kg strongman, What is a good split for this please, I know you need a strong dead, squat and overhead press, as well as good triceps and biceps, but how to work this all in. Also how many reps and sets, Thank you | ||
