You would be quite unpredictable if you had thoughts!

I shall add 5kg to this each weak until it doesn't work anymore, and do something similar with equipped squats some other day of the week. Front squats to the floor 100kg x 5 120kg x 5 bent over rows, shrugs, glute ham raise who gives a s**t really...

Member 958, 11411 posts SQ 410, BP 215, DL 4251050.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Nothing spectacular or impressive today, but it was one of those sessions where it just didn't matter. Everything went perfectly and was probably one of the best gym sessions I've had. Box Squats - no wraps, no suit bar x 5 75kg x 5 125kg x 5 145kg x 5 180kg x 1 - so f**king easy I wanted to cry tears of joy. I can remember when 180 was a big deal for me. Bodes well for the future of this power cycle, I wanted to hit over this for 5 off a box. Felt like I could've done it today, easily. No box, yes wraps, yes suit 205kg x 5 - Easy like it should be. Also addapting well to all these bodybuilder high reps. Last week 200 x 5 effectively ended my gym session I was that out of breath and full of lactic acid. Deadlifts, no suit, straight leg 75kg x 5 125kg x 5 180kg x 5 - So so easy, could barely tell it was heavier than 125. Bent leg deadlifts... 225kg x 3 dead stop 270kg x 3 dead stop - Don't think I've ever done this before, 3 rep pb? Will do 275kg x 3 next session, and that'll be good enough for 305 unequipped I think. Hoping to get somewhere closer to 300 x 3 before I max out again. Also, forgot to update my log on Friday. Can't remember exactly but shirted bench of 145kg x 3 - 3 rep pb.

I WILL develop some quad strength.... bar x 5 105kg x 5 125kg x 5 Much easier than last week. Quite enjoying doing these again.

I've already started, when I'll be up to speed I'm not sure taking it really slow at the moment making sure all is how it should be!

No one believed him anyway. Member 958, 11411 posts SQ 410, BP 215, DL 4251050.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | I bought a 2nd hand centurion in a size 38, my old suit was a 40. It's a much better fit but it's the older nxg material so it's not really the same quality as my other suit. I'll give it a go though, I can tell straight away it's going to be harder to make depth so I'm hoping better fit will mean more weight used, even though it's not as thick. At least I know now what size suit to go for when I buy a new one. Think I'll try the SUPER centurion when I do. Off to try on some of Andy Bolton's Inzer Fusion's tomorrow (obviously not HIS personal ones)

Pretty sure everyone thinks I'm a smack head by now.

Im 20kg heavier then the bodyweight guide for my suit. Just make sure you've got someone with you when you need to take it off at the comp.
