Any ideas?

No microwave, can't handle a litre of milk either (I'm toilet shy at work and milk REALLY does a number on me if I have too much in one go) and I can't put eggs in the microwave. I've been eating blocks of cheese, but think it's time to start new stuff. Nuts, seeds, cottage cheese? Just buy a whole chicken and take it apart?

Chicken & bacon family size pasta traybake.
Korean beef wraps - eat over the sink, the kimchee juice goes everywhere.
Yoghurts - greek, skyr or the 20g stuff?
Tear and share cinnamon rolls are great, they induce gastric armageddon with me but worth it.

welcome to my world - the world of the IT contractor on site.
my tesco fueled diet is focus on as low salt as possible, quality protein and moderate complex carbs
not easy and choices are quite limited but here's my usual weekly fare

roast chicken slices/chicken breasts x 2
pasta pots - spicy chicken pasta is best for low
low salt cheese spreads - great source of easy calories from fat and a bit of protein too
bananas
'arla' protein yoghurts are 3 for £3 atm - eat s**t loads of them
tesco oats
sugar free alpen
eggs
'10K' MRP drinks have been £1 each - 20-25g protein in each of those

Get an insulated bag and take whatever you would eat at home and just have it cold.

I made a big frittata (just egg, lardons, cheddar, and spring onions) a couple of hours ago that'll be my Tuesday and Thursday breakfasts at work, after morning swim. It'll come to no harm out of the fridge for a few hours.

Nuts are a great option. Packs of salami etc work well, as, if you like it, does u-shaped sausage - many years ago I used to keep one in my desk drawer for times of hunger. You can easily keep packs of crackers etc at work too.

Jar of peanut butter and some celery sticks works brilliantly. I'd add marmite too, but I'm aware that's controversial.

I think the issue with the last part is that celery isn't an acceptable thing to eat in the workplace. I LOVE chorizo and often demolish one in about 30 seconds flat, but it does make the breath a little Polish girl next to me repellent.

I'd bring in a pack lunch.

It is so much more cost effective than purchasing ice cold sandwiches and multiple yoghurts from the supermarket.

If you have a cool bag - and an ice pack - the world (or even your lunch) is your oyster.

Happy

I've found that one of their sandwiches has 34g protein, the ice coffee is 11g, and a pepperami is 6g. 51g protein for £3!

That's pretty good protein for a sandwich. The 100g(ish) deli ham hocks are 31g protein for €1.50 plus 40c for the instant cous cous.
Ever look at getting food from something like this? Meals start at 5e here. http://www.fighterfood.ie/

Pint of milk, some nuts, and biltong will see you right.
