Plan for Sunday: Lots of axle clean and jerk techniqueing and repping, no silly business of doing singles up to 90 then failing it, NO MORE 90k FAILS EVER! Some sort of DL, axle off the floor for kicks or bar off the floor, or 15" if I can be arsed setting it up (read:likely not) Frame carry, 240k shall be stabbed at Yoke shall possibly be very briefly stabbed at then discarded. Thick dumbell might also be stabbed at, possibly for more than 1 rep attempt this time. Probably last big events session till comp, except Olly visit next week if I can make it, then I might do something else too. | ||
