Back seems fine, had some serious L5 damage, all cleared up bar some stubborn scar tissue on the right quads/hams. Plan is to go 2 full body/week. 5 cardio and strict diet ( I won't be boring you guys with the diet/cardio stuff here 8/10/08 Conv Deads (raw) 3x5@160 Db Incline Bench 3x10@42 BB Rows 3x8@80 Abs,hypers 11/10/08 Squats (belt,wraps) 3x5@170 Sumo (raw) 1x5@170 CG bench 3x5@140 Wide Chins 3x10@BW Curls,Abs,Hypers Back is feeling good again, I just need to avoid being lazy and carrying on doing what I need to do and I won't end up on a stretcher again. For most part, It just great to be under the bar again. | ||
