Right here goes
Just seeing out a crappy year. Back seems fine, had some serious L5 damage, all cleared up bar some stubborn scar tissue on the right quads/hams.
Plan is to go 2 full body/week. 5 cardio and strict diet ( I won't be boring you guys with the diet/cardio stuff here Roll-Eyes )

Db Incline Bench

Abs,hypers

Squats (belt,wraps)

Sumo (raw)

CG bench

Wide Chins

Curls,Abs,Hypers

Back is feeling good again, I just need to avoid being lazy and carrying on doing what I need to do and I won't end up on a stretcher again. For most part, It just great to be under the bar again.

Just T- I hurt my back in january.
Titch- nothing really, went to the gym on sat to help a mate out who was maxing out, before you know it, I was under the bar.
