Member 5, 13017 posts SQ 220, BP 150, DL 250 620.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq Administrator	Well , I've decided to start a new journal so we dont get bogged down with all the stuff from 'the judo year' which i must say was fun. These are the things i want you to think of when the wind whistles thru your head and whispers 'boar' ....... My intention is to lift in the 82.5kg catagory , but if im honest it will probably be alongside the BPC boys , we shall see how it pans out ,no desicions have been made, nuff said. Its very early days and im gonna spend the summer just liftin raw and building strength. wife bought a new pillow , which i didnt spot befor bo-bo's , slept in a 'hyper neck extention' position last night so very sore !! shed session squats 96kg x 5 116kg x 5 116kg x 5 116kg x 5 116kg x 5 Intend to do 5 x 5 next session with 120 ,then work upwards. vertical jumps 5 5 5 5 onto a box a meagre 30" high , no idea how the finnish jumping bean makes it so high !! incline benchpress 56kg x 8 56kg x 8 56kg x 8 56kg x 8 hand 2 hand kettlebell swings 24kg x 30 24kg x 30 24kg x 30 24kg x 30
