Still got a few doubts in my head but the 5 x 140 was ok. The recent weight loss was evident when I put my lifting belt on and could pull it in another notch. | ||

The 140's felt very good, partly due to my new Karrimor training shoes (bargain at £12), much more sturdy than my old running shoes and with just the right amount of heal for squatting, I would go as far as to say they might add a few more kg's to the bar when I'm fully fit. Got paid by the gym owner in chocolate pro-peptide tonight for doing his website, very tasty | ||

The 225 was only just, especially at the top, very close to having to hitch it, 230 wouldn't have been there. Safe to say the back has healed nicely! Getting stronger while losing weight, long may it last, it won't. | ||
