I've done a 92.5 kg Johnny and just failed at a 95 kg but that was when I weighed about 95-96 kg. I like doing push press but I've not done it as much recently because the jerk gives me a pain in the elbow.

Good squatting, a 5k jump on 5 x 5 is quite a leap, particularly as you get heavy, and 150 is HEAVY!

A 2.5 kg jump might be on the cards at some point Bill, that's what I try to do for bench.

Bench is going backwards, should have been triples, a bit tired, not sleeping well.

Rows, pulldowns, face pulls, curls

The routine should have been 5 x 1 x 215 tonight but the idea of a pb attempt before I lose too much weight was put into my head last week by Bill West.
The 220 was very smooth and I had visions of my first 500 lb dead but I didn't really get the 230 off the floor. Maybe if I'd gone 190, 210, 230 it might have been there but I'll settle for a 10 kg PB increase.

Sorted! 220kg, brilliant mate, knew it was there for the taking. Now if you lose some weight and a bit of strength its not such a big deal. For me 220 was (and is, dammit!) a bigger goal than 500 pounds cos its 5 plates.
