It looks a good routine mate and it's not a million miles away from what I'm doing now. I seem to make good progress on that type of routine.
It takes it's toll on the old CNS though so I'm having a few days off over Christmas.

Standing OH Press Machine
5 x 90 kg
5 x 100 kg
5 x 110 kg
2 x 120 kg

Shrugs, rope crunches

s**t, failed triple at 80 and dropped the bar at 85, right elbow/bicep tendons giving me grief tonight.
Happy with the standing press though.

Tonights training

Flat BBBP
10 x bar
5 x 60 kg

Tonight was supposed to be squats for 5 x 5 x 150 but I've had a stabbing pain in what seems to be the ligament area below my left knee cap since Saturday morning. I thought it might have cleared by now but it hasn't and the pain causes my left leg to buckle at times, particularly when going up stairs or kerbs and also when pressing the clutch down in the car.
I've no idea what's caused it as last weeks squats and deads gave no indication that anything was wrong.
I was going to take at least a week over Christmas off from training any way as I really do need a break but I have to admit this latest injury has got me wondering if PL is the way forward for me.

Rows, pulldowns curls

Form on the last 2 was terrible, nearly all back.
Still, that's 5 singles at 5 kg off my gym and comp pb, move onto 210 for 5 x 1.

keep at it les, you are a great PL'er just be careful......maybe cut the volume for a few weeks.......actually if you do quit PL'ing you wont beat me at the north mids!

Just a s**t day mate to be honest, I'm not ready to hang up the boots just yet. I'm at work tomorrow then no work or training for 10 days so hopefully the rest will do me good.
I'll be down at Marc's gym sometime in the New Year, we'll have to sort out a session there when you're free.
