Thanks boys. The right shoulder is not a biggie, have done it before, should be fine in a week or so, although might avoid farmers till comp day

Millsy - the thumb is fine mate, 10KG plate cant f**ke with my DL plans

Will - yes mate, hopefully. Depending how warm up goes, will have a bash with 310 then a few reps with 240 Grin
